Level Property Inspections provides an extensive inspection of the property/home and provides its customers with a detailed report of the findings. Any questions regarding the findings are discussed at length with the customer to assure the customer understands the inspector’s determination, cause, and possible plan of action available to the customer. Again, our goal is to help the customer feel more comfortable with their purchase.

Level Property Inspections will speak with customer about the customer’s needs, specifications of the home, and organize a timely service. The inspector can take between one to four hours, depending on the need of the customer, to conduct the on-sight examination. All of the findings of the inspection are documented in digit photos and thorough notes taken by the inspector. These records are then organized in an easy to understand report which is sent via email to the customer within a few business days. These reports at created in a detail-oriented computer system which aides in the timeliness of the final report. Level Property Inspections will provide its customers with as much information as is made available to the inspectors.

THE TEAM: Level Property Inspections is certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and adheres to their high standards of ethics and procedures. Level Property Inspections also holds up-to-date certifications from InterNACHI and HSTI. As a Certified Master Inspector, have completed more than 1,000 inspections and/or hours of Continuing Education, have been in business for more than three years, abide by the Master Inspector Certification Board’s strict Code of Ethics, and have agreed to a criminal background check.
